DuPont has a safety culture that is based on the interdependence of the certain elements: Question - What are these elements. In this month’s NZISM Auckland breakfast session Patrick Seaman who runs his own Health and Safety consultancy business explores with us the question of “what is really happening in a business where Front Line Managers are not leading the implementation of Health and Safety?” From there he will explore possible suggestions and also a case study to assist (or is it guide) our front line managers to be successful in achieving the company’s and their own health and safety goals.
