3M Occupational Health & Environmental Safety Division produces products that increase the safety, security and productivity of workers, facilities and systems around the world. The product range is varied and includes respiratory, hearing and eye protection as well as welding protective shields and sorbents.
We are seeking an energetic and talented sales person to join our OH&ES team. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the distributors in your territory to maximise 3M sales. Your activities will include distributor and end user training sessions, joint calls with distributors, planning and executing local promotions, managing and leading regular distributor reviews and business planning sessions with distributors and end users.
You will have proven sales experience, a high level of business acumen, strong communication skills and energy. Always professional, you will be a convincing negotiator comfortable working through complex business issues. You will impress us with your high levels of motivation, initiative and time management skills. A background in technical or industrial sales would be an advantage.
