H&S Advisors as Coaches

Have you ever been frustrated by

-others appearing to not listen to you?

-by having to repeat yourself over and over?

-by knowing what needs to happen in H&S, thinking it is clear and obvious but others not getting on board with the change that is required?

This is about having the soft skills needed to influence changes in ways of working and shift the mindsets of others. We prefer to call them hard skills because they are very hard to master but make such a difference to the results we can achieve when we have mastered them. This practical, interactive session provides an opportunity to further develop the skills needed to enhance your ability to be effective in your role as H&S Advisor / Coach.

In this session, you will:

-develop greater awareness of the impact you have on others

-improve your ability to communicate in a way that means others do listen and take on board what you have said

-find out the key to developing strong working relationships needed to create buy-in to changes you want to implement

-learn how to use a proven effective coaching model and how to apply the model to all areas of your work with others

-have the opportunity to talk with others in H&S roles to find out what works for them.
